 Excellent Yoga Workout December 2, 2008

I LOVE this workout! i started with it on exercise tv on demand and i've already decided to buy it when it is no longer available there. when i started out i could barely get through it but now i find it challenging and refreshing. the music is good, the background is beautiful, and the instructor's voice is relaxing to listen to. my thighs and buns already show more definition. i just wish it was a little longer but sometimes i rewind it and go through the entire routine an extra time.

This is the same dvd as " yoga dance fusion". I have already checked this with the Gaian site, So if you have Yoga Dance Fusion, you have this dvd, but with a different name.
A Decent Advanced Yoga Routine October 1, 2008

This is a decent- but not great- moderately advanced yoga routine. Unlike so many yoga DVDs, this isn't your basic sun salutation routine. Moreno incorporates interesting leg lifts, lunges, plank positions, and squats into the lower body segment that I were challenging and enjoyable. However, Moreno's instructional skills are horrible. She is constantly talking- constantly giving instructions that are complicated and hard to follow if you're not watching her (which you're not), such as "swan dive up and back and deep lunge with heart forward shoulders back eyes to knees," why doesn't she just say "forward lunge" or "forward bend" and then give form instructions while you're in that position? Also, the routine can get repetitive after 35 minutes- your muscles start to yearn for something new and challenging. Overall, I'm sore after I do this routine; that is, if I can make it through Moreno's convoluted instructions.
